Buffalo head coach Josh Ortmann sits down to talk with Brett about playing in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC), his experience winning a state championship as a player, and coaching in his hometown. In the second half of the interview Josh goes in-depth about transitioning to the Lake Conference, Buffalo's motion offense, installing motion offense at the youth level, and discussing role identification with his players.
